Milk Rice:

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Rice
  • Salt as per taste (optional)
  • ½ cup boiled corn
  • Water
  • Sugar as per taste

 Recipe:

  • Boil the milk. Add washed rice into it. Keep stirring until the rice cooks completely.
  • Once the mixture starts becoming thick, add sugar into it. If your baby doesn’t like a sweet taste, then you can add salt into the mixture.
  • After that, add the boiled corn and a little water. Mix it properly and cook for few minutes. Remove it from the heat and serve this delicious baby food recipes.

Paneer Bhurji Sandwich:

Ingredients:

  • 1 chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • 100 g fresh paneer
  • Coriander leaves
  • 2 slices of brown bread
  • 1 tablespoon of ghee
  • ½ tablespoon turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 Tbsp of butter

Recipe:

  • Grate the paneer and keep it aside. Take a pan and heat the ghee in it. Add the chopped onion. Sauté it until it turns light brown in color. Add the tomatoes and salt. Cook a little. Now, add the turmeric powder and then paneer.
  • Mix it well. Cook for a minute and add the coriander leaves into it. Then remove the pan from heat.
  • Cut the bread slices. Butter them slightly.
  • Take the one slice and spread the paneer bhurji over it. Cover it with the other slice.

Vegetable Pulao:

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1 cup
  • Vegetables of your choice (Chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • ½ tablespoon cumin seeds
  • ½ tablespoon turmeric powder
  • ½ tablespoon cumin powder
  • A small bay leaf
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste

Recipe:

  • Wash the rice and soak it in water for half an hour.
  • Take a pressure cooker and heat the ghee in to it. Add the cumin seeds. When seeds start to splutter, add the bay leaf. Now add the chopped vegetables of your choice. Mix well and cook them for a while.
  • Add cumin powder and turmeric. Add the soaked rice into it. Mix it well with the vegetables. Add water and salt as per taste.
  • Cook on a medium flame for one whistle. Your baby food recipes is ready to serve.

Mixed Dal Rice:

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rice
  • ½ cup mixed dal of your choice
  • 2 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • A pinch mustard seeds
  • 2 curry leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3 cups water

Recipe:

  • Add the ghee in a pressure cooker.
  • Add some cumin seeds and once they start to crackle, add the mustard seeds and then the curry leaves into it.
  • Add all the rice and dals in it and mix well.
  • Now add the vegetables.
  • Add the salt and water. Cook for a few minutes.
  • Cook for about six to eight whistles.

Sweet Corn Paratha:

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sweet corn
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • ½ tablespoon turmeric powder
  • ¼ cup chopped spring onions
  • 1 cube grated cheese
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

Recipe:

  • Microwave the corn and grind it. Make soft dough of wheat flour.
  • Make small balls from the dough by using your hands. Roll out the dough balls to make round parathas.
  • Take a pan, heat it and add a little ghee to grease it. Cook the paratha on both sides until it turns golden.
